Predominantly working from home, this is a field based position and requires the candidate to work on their own initiative, planning their day to maximise business opportunities by building new intermediary relationships, managing existing ones and supporting them as required.

Duties and responsibilities

Business Levels

  • To work closely with the Sales Director to implement an effective strategic business and promotional plan for the Company’s products
  • Effective use of diary management to ensure effective planning schedule for arranging broker / intermediary meetings

Professionalism

  • To represent Oblix Capital in a highly professional manner at all times including external events such as award evenings, trade shows and social broker engagement

Qualifications and requirements

Key skills required

  • Experience within the bridging sector which is essential and the development sector
  • Proven sales track record including originations, retention and business development
  • Good communication skills and a defined network of existing intermediary relationships
  • Good management, interpersonal and influencing skills
  • Excellent skills in negotiation, verbal and written and able to communicate at all levels
  • Must possess a full UK driving license
  • To be efficient in Word, Excel, Outlook and have a good level of data literacy
  • To support head office activities
  • Provide market feedback and recommend areas of change / improvement where appropriate
  • To represent Oblix Capital in a highly professional manner at all times including external events such as award evenings, trade shows and social broker engagement
