Development exit bridge loan

Oblix Capital provided a bridge loan against three newly developed houses in Essex, valued at £1.96m. The borrower wanted to refinance his existing development loan and raise some extra funds to allow him more time to sell the houses, as well as purchase a site they identified for sale. Oblix provided a bridging loan of £1.47m and this enabled the borrower to achieve his plans.
