Valuation refund terms and conditions
1.Bridging loan completions must fit the following criteria to qualify for the valuation refund:
1.1 Residential, semi commercial, development exit, permitted development and commmercial bridging loans from £250k-£5m.
1.2 Second charge bridge loans from £250k-£750k.
1.3 Maximum LTV of 75% on non-regulated, 1st charge residential bridging / Maximum LTV of 70% on semi commercial and commercial / Maximum LTV of 65% on 2nd charge.
1.4 New applications submitted to Oblix Capital from the 15th January 2018.
1.5 Bridging loans must be completed by close of business 31st March 2018.
2. Valuation refund (excluding VAT) of up to £1000 on new applications before 31st March 2018.
3. Valuation refund approved upon receipt of valuation invoice and released upon completion via solicitor.
4. 3 months minimum term of loan.
5. Oblix Capital reserve the right to withdraw the offer at any time.
